Adirondack Mountains

We spent the weekend in the Adirondacks with some friends who are from New York. We swam, hiked, re-mastered the cannonball, and enjoyed the beautiful scenery. It was good for the soul.

Those photos are incredible! It looks like you guys had a great time and were able to unwind!

I spent my weekend sewing (I'm the grandma now!). I'm going to upstate New York next weekend to visit a college friend that just had a baby girl, so I made her a baby quilt based on what you described in class. It turned out so pretty!

Oh what BEAUTIFUL pix! Looks like you had a lot of fun in the Adirondacks! My husband's aunt has a vacay home up there and ALWAYS talks about it...telling us we need to go. From the looks of your pix...I'm going to go pack NOW! :)

What a great post - I love the Adirondacks! Just found you via LGN and subscribed. Love the blog, love the software you are using on the terrace makeover!

My husband and I pretty much agreed that this is the most awesome cabin ever. Have we ever told you how great of houseguests we are? We bring copious amounts of wine (but we also bring two kids--it probably weighs out in the end). Just sayin'. ;)
