So I've been preparing for my upcoming arrival {wall prep}

Would covering the wall with this chevron pattern be too much? I'm liking it in a crazy, I might take it down next week but I love it today way. Who's with me? Keep in mind, I'm putting a freakin' deer head on my wall. All of the above is out of my comfort zone, but when you're trying to make magic happen in 700 s.f. you've got to venture outside the box. Now again, Who's with me!!
p.s. I made myself an extra by walking in the background of a shot Mr. Affleck was trying to catch today in Copley Square. Look for me and my orange bag in his upcoming directing debut.

Go for it! Love the chevron, and it makes the deer head look more artsy and less, well, gamey. :-)

LOVE LOVE LOVE the wall idea. Especially if you are going to paint him white. If you are not going to do the chevron wall I say paint him another color.

Why don't you put the deer above the mantle? What if you have one too many glasses of wine and hit your head on the deers nose? I would paint it silver and put it over the mantle.

Besides the fact that his eyes look crazy...I love it!!! Could just be a bit scary on a late night when the glow of the tv shines on his face. Love the pattern and color on the wall!

I love the chevron wall. I'm not a huge pattern person- but this pattern I always love.
