Katy's Wonder Wall

>> Monday, March 21, 2011

It's been a while since I've seen a DIY that I am so incredibly inspired by as I am by Katy's self titled Wonder Wall.  She is a mechanical engineer and explains on her blog that the place she works throws out tons of shipping paletts every week. So she came up with the genius and gorgeous idea of cladding a wall of her living room with the remnant wood.

Visit her blog to learn more about the process.
Here is a shot of the room before. Amazing right?

We did a wood wall in our living room with luan panels.

You can see it here: http://blog.justexpressive.com/?p=43
for another option on that theme.

I love the palette wall!
