A Stroll Through the North End: Boston

>> Saturday, November 14, 2009

We walked over to explore the North End last weekend. It turns out that may have been the last gorgeous weekend we will see for a long, long time {sigh}. We fell in love. Boston is the tiniest big city ever. Walking from our home in the South End to the center of the North End may have taken us 20 minutes. We've decided maybe we'll live there next. Real Italian food, gelato, pastries, historic architecture, and a Vespa complete with basket...what more could you want?

What fun! The North End sounds Great! Wish I could say the same for Baltimore being big, but small but not so much.

Did you get a vespa already or were you just posing to imagine what it'd be like?

You were right next to my old house! I miss the North End so much, it was the best place to live. My back yard was literally the Old North Church. I could sit on my couch and look right into the church. They used to have the most beautiful candlelit weddings there.

I was walking around the North End on the same day (the 8th I think?). It was grogeous out. My pictures didn't turn out as well as your's though! (Also, I like that you discuss commerical design too, I think it's very interesting. Keep it up!!)
