Sewing for the Little Sabbe

>> Friday, December 3, 2010

Baby pants, so easy. Who knew? I just used a pair that my mom gave us as a template. I thought Mr. Sabbe was going to die over the corduroy ones. I sewed both while he was on call one day last week. I also whipped up the Christmas tree bunting. I'm liking that alot as well. It's like a birthday party and a Christmas tree combined. appropriate.
I'm 23 weeks today. Feels like 53.
Have a great weekend!

I can't handle the cuteness!
Can I pay you to make all my future kids' clothes?!?
Congrats on the little one!

Loving the baby pants! I am 21 weeks pregnant and just found out we're having a boy. So I'll be sure to check back with you for more inspiration :)

cute! funny, but I just bought pretty paper to make bunting for my tree! Great minds we have! how'd you make yours? The trip was great, thanks for asking!!

the bunting is scrap fabric. I used the pinking shears so it does not fray

I was actually less fascinated by the pants and more-so by your adorable pregnant belly! The pants are cute too :)

You look adorable! And the pants are precious! My mom has made Collins a lot of them. Just an unsolicited thought--- the little pants look/fit them better (when they are real little) with elastic around the ankles! Just a thought!
